NMB Update IAM/IBT Filings

The Teamsters and the IAM have asked the NMB to include the MOC, QA, and Planners on the America West side to be eligible to vote. Local 104 signed up a majority of them on Teamster authorization cards.

If i were making something up, once again it would be better than that, I read the actual rebuttal letter to the NMB that the teamsters filed, it stated that the IAM was not wanting those groups in.

What does a GSE TEchnical Supervisor do in the CBA

They are the equivalent of a MOC for GSE, they are GSE Tech Reps.

Post it that the IAM does not want those groups, cause ironically they filed to represent them after the NMB declared SCS.

The way it is worded it is abit bewildering...I have to think the intention was to convey the IAM is challenging the IBT listing of MOC personnel. That would make more sense since the MOC is currently not represented in the West.

right after you post a copy of the original cba that includes stock clerks... not the cureent cba that says it, i doubt that in 1949 they had stock clerks for just a few planes...

I dont have to post anything as I all ready did.

Stock Clerks have been on the Mechanic and Related CBA since representation.
