Yeah.  God forbid we should get a Supreme Court that votes according to its political and religious leanings rather than the Constitution and the law (a la selecting Bush as opposed to electing him)..

Last time I checked, ruling according to the Constitution is what the Court (by law) is supposed to do. It's the House's job to reflect the will of the people and mold policy, and the Senate's job to represent the states' will.

The ones I talk to in that boat are either thinking about Johnson or Stein, have refocused on "down ticket" races, or both... No one has said anything about sitting this one out...

 
They really don't matter is the end game.
 
Not voting for either R or D doesn't affect the outcome as they weren't voting that way before.
