Hello all. Just to introduce myself, I have been a past member of FI and Clear and a Million for a number of years. I was known as 'jarhead' over there, but that user name is taken on this site. So I picked a user name of the ultimate Marine; General Chesty Puller.
I'm 68 years old, retired, and an independent voter who leans towards the Democratic side, a non active private pilot, and have a 37 year old son who is a captain and check airman at a 121 carrier.
I'm married, and have a golden retriever that keeps me active. I'm a hunter of big game, waterfowl and upland birds. I live in a small town of 17,000 people in southern Minnesota about 40 miles south of MSP.
So, that's a sketch of my persona. I particularly enjoy discussions that center around politics, aviation, and outdoor life.
