If you fly nonrev and pay $50/year for the privilege are you really supporting DL? I know full well businesses exist to be profitable, I just prefer the more refined service foreign carriers offer.

I prefer to support companies that treat humans as people with value.

the US airlines - ALL of them - do a far better job of accomplishing that than the vast majority of the Asia carriers you list.

If you even are a true client- and no one really believes anything you say - you are no friend of the US airline or its employees.

Really? So now JAL, Cathay and Singapore exploit their employees? You sure you aren't thinking of the gulf carriers (who I refuse to fly for other reasons)? I've been severed by 20 year cabin attendants on ANA.

and the Japanese carriers are not in the same league as the rest of the Asian carriers; they are high cost - and their market is shrinking just as it is for the US carriers.

Meanwhile, tell us the wage that the S. Korean, Chinese, etc carriers pay relative to US (and Japanese) carriers.

I can't tell you (actually I could but I will not) how many business class seats I have occupied during my DL career but I can absolutely say that there is not a thing inferior about DL's product or the service provided nor do I feel the least like I have "settled" to fly DL vs. any other option.
 

 
Translation:  I have never set a foot on an aircraft other than DL.

I dunno all the times I've flown Asiana, Korean, Thai the employees seen happy, professional and enjoying their jobs. Those are good jobs that are competitive to land. Malaysia on the other hand has uncompetive costs, restrictive work rules, too many employees and too many unions on the property all of which is being addressed. So are you suddenly an employee advocate? I assure you the OZ cabin attendants have a higher standard of living than the DGS employees at JFK working DL flights.

Everytime iv non reved( many times I might add) on DL and get to chatting with the FA's and least one of them know of WT! The best part is they all feel he is an embarrassment, among other thing, to DL! They can't understand why he constantly does this! We always have a good chuckle about him! Iv yet to meet one DL FA that doesn't just laugh when I bring this up!!!
