Several days ago ( I believe Jan 7 and Jan 8) rsv agents broke records for revenue made in a day. Jan 13 they broke another record. The remark preceding the congratuations was contributing the record breaking day to recents sales that were placed in certain markets.

MDA agreements? Just remember one thing. You get what you pay for. As far as I'm concerned, USairways has the most proficient and dedicated agents in the industry. Pay less - get less. Stick to the contract you agreed to during the second round of concessions and let us do our job.

I always thought the RSV agents are the most underappeciated in the company.
