Pending US goverment approval, MIA-GRU will increase to 18 weekly flights on 15Dec03. AA currently flies 14 weekly flights split between seven 772s and seven 763s.

Supposedly it is going to a day trip with a 763. The schedules will be uploaded on Sunday pending the very likely approval.

Back in 99 when I was IMA based, I got assigned the day flight on reserve, but for the most part, I think the FN's usually flew it. It was such a nice trip, and very easy on the body clock, as I recall. I hope that if it is indeed a day trip, that we can procure it for IMA based crews.
