It's just the dispatchers for now, but could this be a sign of JO wising up? Increase from roughly $10.50/hr starting to roughly $14.35/hour starting wage.

That's a big improvement. I can only hope it goes MUCH farther than just the SOC.

My heart goes out to all the pilots and flight attendants at MESA.

First off I'm glad for the raises. But to think of a dispatcher starting at that rate is a joke. I hold a dispatchers license & even with all the pay cuts make more as US Fleet. Real sad.

I agree it's not ideal either, but better than it was! Now it even beats out Pinnacle, Air Wisconsin and others. We all have to start somewhere.

My stint at MESA... five weeks EXACTLY to the day.

My message to the others "get out while you can!"

It's really funny how word gets out, but during the interview process at my new company, everyone kept saying "so, you're the guy who is still in MESA OJT? Hahaha, welcome!"
