Merry Christmas to all of you at United--especially those of you working Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. You see, I am a retired US employee and now work for HP but just went back to work due to a bad back. My son lives in Denver and suprised me tonight by flying from Denver to Reno--and he must return tomorrow--Christmas Day--for work. You've really made my Christmas special for being there for us. Good luck in the future!!! Thank you for making my Christmas very very wonderful!!!
