May 2009 DOT Report

With so much other news today (well...yesterday given the hour) I didn't see a mention of the new DOT report. The Cliff's Notes version:

OTP #4 of "peers" (NW still reports separately).

MBR #5 of "peers"

Complaints #7 of "peers"

So no triple play playout for March performance. March D:00 was 71.3%, so no Pinch Hitter either.

Is this the first time we haven't been 9th or 10th in complaints?

I'd have to go back month by month to be sure, but I think US might have been next to last among the "peer" group a month or two.

The last time US wasn't last or next-to-last in its "peer group" was January 2008. That month, DL and UA both did worse than US in the complaint rankings at DOT.
