Does this fall under Duty of Fair Representation?

Many Flight Attendants - Stress Leaves, OSHA, Psychological Work Related Stress, Workers Comp Claims.
I wonder if AA, AAA, APFA and each of their officers are ready for this massive barrage of legitimate claims. Some or many now with lifetime injury status.
Stake your claim as early as possible. Add illness and unemployment insurance to all your credit cards and to your mortgage, if you can.

Oh, and donbt forget to sue John Ward in court, he''s not protected, for his malfeasance in office.

My understanding is if you FMLA for stress it is one occurrance no matter how many days you take. FMLA for your kids sickness you get the time off without pay. Sick leave is for YOUR sickness.

If I go on FMLA for stress, and since I am a AMT for AA , will I only receive 50% of my pay each time I utilize FMLA? I am sure some AMR bean counter can answer this. Here's another scenario, lets say my kid needs chemo, and I have to take him on Mon. Wed. and Fri., since that is three "occurrences" I guess I only get 50% pay each time I use my "benefit" Is this correct? Now not being a bean counter, but ok at simple math....if I use FMLA for the whole week I will only lose 8 hours pay (50% per day for 1st and 2nd day,1 occurrence) But if I utilized it as described before I would lose 12 hours pay (3 occurrences). Thanks for that negotiation in the contract TWU! Just planning for the future!

Thanks for clearing that one up, I''m stressed for having to take my kid to the doctor
