Goodness! Doesn't he know to take the bike through TSA security; so, they can check the saddlebags for prohibited items? THEN go ride on the runway.

When I was nine years old and living in Keflavik, I used to take a short cut home from the skating rink (which was a converted hangar) on a stretch of taxiway. I could then zag over to the gravel road just before I got to the end of the main north-south runway. About the third or fourth time I did that, a jeep with a flashing light came up behind me. I didn't even see him coming! I got a stern lecture as was let go. They didn't even call my father.

LOL! I hope your Dad is around to see this! Then again - a stern punishment may be in order - so perhaps it's best kept a secret!

Things were a lot looser back then. It was 1959 on a tiny base on a rock in the middle of nowhere. I used to ride my bike right to the end of the runway and lay on a pile of moss in the lava fields and watch the P2V's and F89's land right over my head. No fences or anything.
