CEO Steve Farrow, formerly President and CEO of Piedmont, plans to retire in early 2016.  This move part of succession plan.

Most of the folks at Piedmont that I know are cautiously optimistic. At least it will be a different type of torture, maybe they will enjoy the new regime a bit more.
