Can you back up your statement with documentation or direct us to your source?NMB said:There has been insufficient interest shown by the Mechanics and Related at American Airlines to warrant a representational vote for the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association.

As I said in the first place!NMB said:There has been insufficient interest shown by the Mechanics and Related at American Airlines to warrant a representational vote for the Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association.
NMB.....you need to buy a dictionary and look up the word "appeal". When your done, go down to the twu shrine and get a history lesson on " United, the road to AMFA". You'll find out they went through the same scenerio. I wouldn't count your blessings so fast. The company will only be able to do so much to save their lap-dog union!! Support the twu.....ISN"T going to happen until we vote, winner take all!!NMB said:As I said in the first place!
OK........game on. What else do we have to do until the middle of 2008?? I don't know anyone who will not resign. I guess only time will tell. Over 9000 signed AMFA cards turned in. That's around 2 thousand more than last drive. We will see if 20 years of twu concessions is still enough to get cards signed. If the appeal is denied, we will get to play again.Steve Connell said:Looking at AMFA's history, it will take another downhill trend in our industry to aid your drive. The cards signed, out of disgust for the concessions , may not be there next time. TEAMTWU will continue to educate the floor on AMFA. AMFA's arbitration record continues in the TWU's behalf. Game On.
Fair enough.Good Luck.Stop the Bus..I Want Off! said:OK........game on. What else do we have to do until the middle of 2008?? I don't know anyone who will not resign. I guess only time will tell.
