03-07-2006 6:24 AM
(Ada, OK) -- The pilot's been identified now in that small plane crash near Ada. Longtime American Airlines Captain and Fittstown, Oklahoma resident Bob Reinauer was at the controls of a late 1930s model Cessna and was the only person aboard. Reinauer had just taken off from his private airstrip and may have clipped a power line before crashing into a vacant house. Reinauer was 59 and flew 767s on international routes for American Airlines. His wife is a flight attendant for American. They moved to rural Pontotoc County about five years ago and were based out of DFW Airport.
