I've heard a lot of talk about the LOA 91 proposal that ALPA has is sending to the membership. I don't work for the company anymore, and was wondering what exactly is in this proposal. Can someone give me some of the details, without a lot of smart remarks?

According to today's code-a-phone, the LOA will be posted on the ALPA site "shortly". I'm sure it will be posted here shortly thereafter.

Does the Loa 91 have a side S1113 letter protecting the ALPA members in case of a bankruptcy filing? If not it should!
