Letter Dated April 14 2005

Stating management issues is one thing doing something about it is another....we are still waiting for someone to be held accountable for quite a few things...a change in management is needed - get rid of the dead wood and those not up to the task....we are tired of waiting...the average worker has taken the paycuts and work staffing reductions and outsourcing...what about management...It's their turn - for a head count reduction

The letter is meaningless if you are getting outsourced in the near future. Who cares about the exit from CH-11 #2, or any investors that are foolish enough to put thier funds into this Airline. You will be OUT OF A JOB reguardless what happens to the Company be it good or bad. They should have saved the postage costs!

Once gain throwing precious money out the window. Why do we even have mailboxes at work?

Got my wonderful, personal greeting today from Bruce. Immediately filed it in the garbage. How much was spent on postage for this junk? At our station, agents must purchase their own pens, staples, etc, because we can't afford to purchase them from Staples on the Corp. Credit card. Thanks for all the warm, fuzzy thoughts, Bruce....
