What does an employee deserve? Looking at the list quoted above, how many employers really have those qualities? Doesn't it boil down to individual leaders? I would bet that everyone of us can look down that list and think of an individual in our past lives that is being described.
I think that all U employees can look at that list and also see just how broken this company is, at least when applying these qualities to the senior executive leadership
Two questions:
1. Is it possible, assuming that U somehow beats the odds and survives, to ever transition into a company that leads and motivates with those qualities?
2. Are any of you currently working for a U supervisor or manager that, in spite of a coporate culture to the contrary, truly motivates and inspires you?
