I know of one very large company in the Philadelphia area that recently negotiated rates with SW and added them to their list of preferred carriers (back in the Fall, actually, before SW announced PHL service)

US is one of their preferred carriers, too, but many of the employees (nationwide) live in SW cities. And, SW offered them a very easy web booking interface. The employees have to call the company travel agent for booking US or other legacy carriers.....
