Lavatories on WN

Wow... 2 on all aircraft?
I can imagine the lines on the transcon flights..

As someone else mentioned, I think the legacy mindset is showing. Take a US A320 - 3 lavs are on the airplane which makes WN's 2 sound unreasonable for up to 137 passengers, but 1 of those 3 A320 lavs is "reserved" for FC passengers leaving...drum roll please...only 2 available for up to 138 coach passengers on a transcon. So where's the difference?

Jim, I'd say if you were a FC passenger, that 3rd Lav makes a big difference.

And you'd be right for a lot of FC passengers (probably not me personally since I probably wouldn't be a FC passenger if I had to pay for it). But that's the legacy mindset again - WN doesn't have FC, thus no FC passengers to be picky about who uses "their" lav.

The point originally being made was that 2 lavs for 137 passengers was a negative for WN and all I was saying was that US has the same number of lavs for the same number of coach passengers on the primary airplanes used for transcons.

Spot on.

The number of lavs on WN's a/c has been established. Any further comment is pointless. This thread is closed.
