Does this diminish the value of the NRT slot US Airways will obtain in the slot trade deal with Delta?

I don't see how it could enhance the value and it probably lessens the value. But, I am not very familiar with the ins and outs of Open Sky treaties, etc.

For now, Tokyo (both NRT and HND) is not included in the Open Skies agreement so I don't think it will affect the value of NRT authorities and slots in the short term.
