SFO is SFO not OAK. LGA and ORD are not exactly LCC friendly - heck they aren't friendly to anyone - but there are LCCs there. There is no reason why LCCs and their customer accepted service and fares should not be at any airport in the country that wants them (I've never heard an airport say no).
