There is a proffer open to drop back to domestic for the following bases. Miami 150, New York 130, Boston 10, San Francisco 10, Chicago 25, and Dallas 75. Looks like summer will not be as busy as we had thought.

Anyone taking the fall back will have up to a two year recall for there former base.

The unfortunate side effect of this is that the fallbacks will most likely create an even larger overage on the domestic side, sending the most junior to STL.

Everyone is saying the bottom 600 after furloughs in Dallas are going, but I don''t want to believe it.
