yea, and get this...just found out that Dave is real upset. Super upset.

Heard that he is saying HIS SHARES ARE ALL WRONG! He was to pay NO taxes as part of his conract, and he was sure THAT THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA WAS TO PAY IT.
