The actual food is not worth $10, but did you consider that the food needs to be packaged appropriately for delivery to the passenger[customer, for Bob] ,the logistics of preparing it, trucking it, delivering it, catering it, etc..............

Hey...how about doing the meals like we do our airline and sell it for less than it cost to operate. Maybe we should take a lesson from the caterer and actually sell something for the right price. Why is it the airline business has to give everything away.
