What''s the call on a re vote by the APFA flight attendants? Will vote No and demand there be a fair negotiations to produce a mutually beneficial agreement. Will they cave in take the underfly, the no more 8 behind the door rest? Will they agree to the huge cut in vacation and sick leave?

The longer they wait to take the vote, the more probability that a second yes vote will result. They have to strike while the fire is hot, re-vote while everyone still has all this new financial data fresh in their minds. Any delay gives AMR more time to spread further propaganda in their favor.

Vote NOW. Announce it Monday and vote Wednesday.

Mike,
It is not going to happen....Ward signed off, did you read the letter he sent Carty? He is just posturing. I really feel there is not much we can do legally besides what has been done. Is is a bitter pill but maybe we can swallow it down with some of the Grand Cru they still serve in 1st class IFS....

john ward is a complete incompetent!!! He failed us on every level. Protecting our CBA. ensuring proper security in voting. Even knowing it wasn''t secure, when he got the NO vote extended it for a day. Then was in such a hurry to sign off with the company. He knew like we all did about the SERP and the bonuses prior to the end of voting. And still sign off on the TA.

John Ward has got to think we're idiots. The company will not accept the 3rd vote, AA has however accepted this hidious T/A that Ward served them on a silver platter.

In short, Ward is in over his head.

Ward's actions concerning another vote are so obviously an attempt to save his own job. He doesn't want to fly under this contract and there is no way that the membership will allow him to remain president of APFA.

So Spin Johnny Spin. But don't take us for idiots, we're much much smarter than you!
