How We Treat Our Passengers

Today,flight 607 was scheduled to leave Pittsburgh for Las Vegas at 11:45 A.M.The flight left at 10:45 P.M.Here is where this story gets good,first there was not another 757 to replace the one that was broken until one came in from Charlotte at 9 P.M.Also,they could not give out meal vouchers because none of the restaurants in the Pittsburgh Airport will honor US Airways food vouchers!Finaaly,they refused to put meals on the plane for the coach passengers.
With service like this,can chapter 7 be far away ?

couldnt they had rerouted another plane say may be a 76 or something or put the folks onto another airline like ual?

Sounds like my last trip working for US Airways. When I got back to PHL I walked off that plane and said, Its been a great ten years but Im outta here. That was earlier this year and Ive never looked back. There is a rewarding life after US Airways and a lot more money too!!
