Hold Time In Reservations

It's holiday travel time, can't make money if they have to hold over 20 minutes... the web site not functioning.....help desk USairways.com - worthlesss / barely speaking English....although good for annoying a few gold and silver members....what is management thinking...!!!
 
They'll just use it as an excuse when they go back into court:

"See Judge Mitchell...bookings are light and revenues are WAY DOWN!!!! Need to keep cutting more and more and more and more....." :lol: :lol: Blah Blah!!
