hello since this is a aviation forum i have to ask for help i have a school project where i have to a new design about something in terms of the aviation industry and the problem is i don't know much about the aviation industry 
. SO basically i have to take an existing design and propose a new soloution and the solution must address 2 of the following
• Material objects
• Organized services and activities
• Complex systems or environments for living, working, playing, or learning
• Symbolic and visual communications
so i would really apreciate it if anyone can give some ideas. i can't do luggage loading in the airport
