I say let them leave...Why is it so many people automaticly think longevity=quality? These "icons" of airline management are a big reason we in the shape we are in today no doubt. Add up all the money spent on bonous and put it to good use in improving our bottom line...bring on the new faces with new ideas..its gona take that and more to revamp this outfit and start managing AA responsibly..

The irony is that if AA was to follow that advice and not try to retain any exsisting management you end up paying their less qualified,inexperienced replacements much more. Did you see what UAL''s Tilton is paid?
