Like a lot of you i''m looking about for a new company to hang my tools and like a lot of you it''s been 14 years and counting since i''ve done this.
I''m currently employed with a major but am seeking other opportunities.
How do i get the attention of a South West or FED EX for instance. Format of resume? Cover letter or not, and if yes what to say?
Those that have recently gained good employment: what has worked for you and why. What kind of experience did you have? Line, shop or overhaul. How was the interview?
Thought i''d open up with a few questions and see where this thread could lead. Good luck to all in your aspirations.
