FYI: CNBC repeating "Inside American Airlines"

I'm going to video tape the part where Burchette says he is going to put his hands deep into AA's pockets!

Thanks for the heads up; I really enjoyed watching it the first time around.

Watching Burchette suckle at Romano's teat is just embarrassing, though...

<_< ------Well ronald! I think think you can see where this is all going! Sorry we're not all marching to your beat! ;)

Hows does this CNBC documentary benefit me? That's right I am lucky to have a job.....I forgot sorry!

while dennis states he wants to reach in the company pockets lets see what he really pulls out?

Scorpion:

I have great respect for the men and women of American Airlines. I always make sure to thank the flight crew and make it known that they are appreciated for the work they do. 90%+ of my FF miles are with American and that isn't a mistake.

I have mostly observed these forums and contributed thoughts and threads on occasion. Now, I am anxious to learn by engaging a community of other AA customers and employees alike. I am not here to "stir the pot" and I realize that all is not well at AA, but please -- do not for a moment believe I am here to cause problems. I am simply utilizing public resources for the benefit of education and sharing of knowledge. I am passionate about many things in life which include my learning about corporations and the people behind them. I have been doing this from the time I was a teenager. It is this passion which has allowed me to correspond with (and befriend) the people behind some of America's most admired corporations (Microsoft, etc.) -- on both the executive and workforce levels.

Here is a story about my relationship with the trucking industry. By reading it, you will understand how supportive I am of the men and women behind the industries which drive our economy.

I,m not sure if anyone that has ever stirred things up ever out grows that personality trait but your not that old so maybe you just never realised you fall into that category!

How do you verify that the CNBC documentary was not skewed by restrictions on who and what could be filmed?

I see many things when watching the video that are outside the norm for everyday operations at AA.

Just as reading the post in this forum, is nothing more than a minority group compared to the vast numbers of employees.

Not to bust your bubble Ronald, but garbage in garbage out will hold true to your passion, as it does in computers. While your website looks respectable, and your story is told professionally, I question how valid your information is given your stated source for data.
