I assume from the APL question, you're talking furloughed pilot here. There's always the MEC office or the ALPA MEC website - it has MDA info (on the "home page" drop-down menu select MDA).
In general, if you haven't resigned/retired, either from US or a J4J/MDA position, you should still be on the APL list I think.
As for the potential merger affecting recall, that's one of the many unanswered questions at this point. To the best of my knowledge, there has only been one case of furloughed pilots being dropped from the seniority list of an operating carrier and that was 30 or so years ago, so I expect your recall rights will remain in effect.
