Yea, that should get Roddey some much needed votes. This is as about as sure as all that third party vendor work they were going to bring in house in the 90's, but somehow it never happened. Or how about when GE was looking at the Pit jet shop because it was so great, or remember UAL thinking of giving us the flow over they couldn't handle. The jet shop was going to produce all kinds of work, the test cell was the greatest in the world and every company was looking at. Today, a fiber glass shop now sits where the jet shop was working only two shifts five days, and the test cell is closed, locked and dark. So when I hear crap like this I believe it's as assured not to happen as east is from west. Pit's glory days are permanently in the past. The cost of doing business in Allegheny county will never justify bringing in new business when most businesses are leaving this business unfriendly county. Talk is cheap, just watch Roddey and Onorato for proof.

Now what are they up to......An IAM sponsored ESOP for a maintenance facility??? Is frank out of his mind??

I can see it now.....CEO-Schifano and President-Lieberger......NNNOOOO-Thanks!!

Just how much would this cost all the suckers who fell for this sham??

I thought the IAM was going to re-open the IND-IMC for laid off UAL employees?? Oh right.....the AMFA vote is over and the IAM lost. Rather ironic wouldn't you say?????

E-TRONS OUT. <_<

hows about E-TRONIC??

T-BONE,

I suspect you have been around Schifano and Lieberger a bit too much and you are putting too much faith into what they are saying.

"WE WILL STRIKE IMMEDIATELY!!!" Has turned into "Be patient for the judges ruling...." Talk about a 180. Frank should never had stated that to begin with because now everyone is just waiting and wondering.
A strike would have played right into Dave Lorenzo's hands and made his task of busting our union that much easier. The IAM should have sought expedited arbitration to begin with unless they themselves have a problem with the language in the contract?????

It is THIS EXACT behavior that has turned the membership away. Besides that, Frank & Bill have been undermining CLT for the benefit of PIT all along. One union?? Sure as heck don't act like it. It's more like a "Burgh thing." <_<

I suggest you step back a few paces and do not let friendship cloud your better judgement. Business is business and it needs to stay that way.....capise??
Remember this....It's alright to disagree and yet remain friends. If that is not possible then there never was a friendship to begin with.

E-TRONS OUT.
