I've tried repeatedly to list using the ETC and it gets almost all the way through but then says it cant create a PNR due to some SHARES problem. Anyone else having this problem? I was forced to use the phone system and they have changed that. Not for the better unfortunately. One of the voices used speaks softly and faster than the other making it a tad more difficult to understand. They give you your record locater but it's said fast and only once. Instead of simply giving the available seats, someone thought we needed to know how many the flight is booked to and it's capacity. Wouldn't it be simpler to just say 20 open seats vs 30 booked out of 50 ? Save time. For those working on the system, I've always thought it would be efficient if when you select a flight and check it's availability and then decide not to list ( it's full, whatever) you could go back and continue to check flights without having to reenter date, city pair etc.
