ETC Does Not Show Mesa Express

I've noticed that HP Express flights (on Mesa at least) do not show up on the ETC schedule for employees to check seat availability or to list for the flights. (Yes - I checked both HP and US metal.)

However, employees may still find out information and list for these flights on the phone - using the Employee Travel Line.

Has anyone else run into this problem? I wonder if the "powers-that-be" realize this is the case, and if it will be fixed in the future.

Which dates/city pairs are you looking for? I had Mesa flights show up when I used the ETC. When searching for flights, be sure the "time" drop down menu is set to a time on or before you want to leave--the ETC will not display any flights that depart before that time.

I found that out and was wondering why no flights were showing..yes, change the times...

I just tried it again, using all times of the day, on both US and HP metal. No Express flights showed up at all. Only US metal flights show.

I agree - the Mesa CRJ-900's operate between GSO & CLT yet don't show up while US express flights operating both before and after do show.

???
Don't know.
I had no trouble checking flights, listing, and checking in on a Mesa only market last week.
Must be another glitch. I'm sure they're still working out the bugs.

Was that "Mesa market" in the HP system (out west) or in the East system (east coast)? That may be the difference.

For whatever reason, the Mesa CRJ-900 operated flights in/out of CLT don't show up on the ETC under US or HP. They are available on the automated voice response phone system.

I remember reading somewhere that they are aware of the problem and that they are trying to adress it ASAP. The fall back procedure was to call the NRSA line to get listed for those flights. I wish I could find the link the the info......but I can't remember where I read it.

The reason being as they show up in the code share series of flt nbrs, 8000's I believe and therefore the computer reads them as a code share.
