Early out for M & R Sept. 4-Sept 25

RIF due to restructuring December 2012 and February 2013. RIF due to workload adjustments May and September 2013.

Posible situation AMT A with 20 years seniority goes in first round (Dec/12) and have the option of going to DFW later AMT B with 24 years seniority goes in the fourth round (Sep/13) and will like to go to DFW but that is not an option at that time he will have to go to LAX. Do this can be avoided so seniority is really honored? Or TWU is going to said though luck brother? Is not better to do all the RIF at once and defer the report date so seniority is really honored?

Will like to know opinions on how to do this fairly.

They can do that brother, or we know it ain't right but it's just the way it is or how bout your out of order brother

A lot of questions about how virtual bumping is going to work.

Do they are going to do a separete virtual bumping on each of the four RIF ocurrences?

Hear through the grapevine that OH AMT are going to be required to pass the A25 (line test) in order to bump to line stations - no A25 - no bump. Do they can do this? Probably the answer is going to be yes, they can do that brother.

Previous bumps by Line MX AMTs into both TULE and AFW required the AMT from the Line to report to the Overhaul Base requested and perforn their testing, under their supervision, before reporting.

Why would the reverse be different?

Who knows what they'll do. The 74%ers in Tulsa voted in a fill in the blanks later T/A. So I would expect the worse and hope for the best.

Can somebody please help me find the RIF, and bumping guide lines !

Unless it changed in bankruptcy you bump junior guy in system not wherever you feel like going. If junior guy is in lax that's where you go if he is in JFK that's where you go etc etc. now with this virtual bump who knows? It will be very interesting and those that have been rift before know that it always gets fcked up somehow so expect tge worst and hope for the best
