If you look at that ATA survey that I linked on the last post and go to page 15, professional services, it should explain where the money is going. I wonder what is considered professional services, country club memberships, limo service, etc.....Those numbers really start jumping when the era of greed kicks in after the B-scale was enacted.

A few years back the ATA site was more accessible, they had a great page called Airline financial metrics, I've been unable to regain access to it.
