THE BOARD FINDS A DISPUTE TO EXIST IN NMB CASE NO. R-6952, AMONG FLIGHT DISPATCHERS, EMPLOYEES OF AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC. SOUGHT TO BE REPRESENTED BY PAFCA AND PRESENTLY REPRESENTED BY THE TWU. AN ELECTION IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED USING CUT-OFF DATE OF JULY 25, 2003.

Sample ballots will be posted by Oct 22. Ballots and instructions by Oct 29. The tally will be held Dec. 1.

It is my understanding Jim Little is very sick. I wish the best for him, and hope that he recovers.

Jim, was/is trapped in an obsolete Union Constitutional Structure. Yes, I disagree with him and his decisions, but I will draw the line at serious illness, and leave the man is peace, and I will pray for his health.

Don't keep kicking the messenger, do something about the message.
