Due to scheduling conflicts - found myself and my son booking with Direct Air out of PIT a week ago to go to Myrtle Beach. It was the worst flight of my life - I almost punctured my sleeping son's arm with my clenched hands and fingernails. From the take off - which seemed to spring instantly "up", during the flight the 737 pitched left and right - I could not see many clouds thru the window signifying turbulence. Preparing for the landing - the buzzing sound of the landing gear went on and off at least 6 times. Add the tipping left and right again, the older woman sitting next to me just looked at me and couldn't believe what was going on. Hit the pavement with a thud - actual screams from passengers....second little thud..........and sincerely thought we would be detaching the second floor of the Myrtle Beach Airport as we whipped through it! I was never so happy to get off a plane - of course, whomever the Pilot and Co was - they must have run off the plane as soon as the door opened, as they were out of the cockpit almost immediately - I was looking to see "who" I could thank for the horrible flight. Just thought I'd ask if anyone else has had a bad experience. Won't do it again!
