OK, so let's get this straight, besides this move being racist, since we're targeting a particular race, BaRack and the Demorats want to take money EARNED by WHITES, in the form of taxes and pay for houses next door to these WHITES, for people who have not EARNED it!

That is so true...here's the real scenario that is happening in my little TEST MARKET world. Yes back in my days there were areas known as TEST MARKETS that would evolve the products that will become popular among the masses.
 
So what is going on with our system. Well first the libtards say that more minorities are being suspended in schools more than the NEW RACISTS that have a light color. So now rules don't apply the minorities who attack the teachers and run the schools. Needless to say, poverty prevails because the stupid run the asylum. So how do you get rid of innercity poverty? You give the scumbag  a free pass to spread their stupidity into the burbs. After all, turning into a 3rd world country involves the entire country!
 
Don't see the problem? Then YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!
