Double breasted jackets really aren't my thing either. But this young man was a true Ambassador for USAirways! He wore that double breasted very well. He was funny as hell too! We had a few laughs at the expense of some of the other Hostesses...easy to do with all the Downers working here!

Yes he does look good in it, however I have told him that it's time to put the DB jacket back in 1987 where it belongs. Hey, the person you are refering too looks great. Better than most crews I see after the wind blows them into terminal B from The Days. I mean most don't bother to comb the leafs from thier hair. His double breasted jacket accentuates his blindingly white teeth, piercing blue eyes, and sparkling personality 😀

The double breasted uniform jacket looks great as long as you are skinny and actually button it. There's a few still clinging dearly to them, most are in amazingly good condition for the age of it. What year are they from? That guy must be the same age as the jacket.

Can't say the same for that god-awful yellow-pink-peach shirt that some people still wear. Please throw that thing out, it looks like a used tissue and does not go with navy.

Oh yes, I have a few of those around. Being a boy they just don't work for me. One of my best friends gave me all of her old uniforms and memorabilia from the 80's and 90's and I'm getting some mannequins to dress up. I often find myself wanting to sniff these people as they walk thru the terminal to see if they smell like urine!! 😱 Don't ask me why!! Hey EMB maybe we should dress up in them with some nice fake pearls and readers and go trotting thru the terminal?? We could wear those goofy walking shorts and big flag ties from the West with them too and we'll look really classy. mmmmmm I can see it now, they'll all be in hot pursuit.

hey, big "D" looks great in his double breasted jacket and is an exceptional f/a i might add. he also wears a vest from time to time. see, i am not the only one. 😉
