Get your information right, Lorenzo put CO thru BK the first time and gutted the contracts and got rid of the unions.
Congress changed the laws the very next year to prevent that.
Beuthene had to take CO thru BK once again and there were no contracts to gut as CO's pilots were the only unionized group at the time.
Since then the FA and Mechanics have unionized there pay is compartable but Gordon treats his employees with respect and does not lie and steal from them.
And Gordon DID NOT LAYOFF ONE EMPLOYEE after 9/11.
