Ooooooh Coachrowsey!!!!! I'll tell you in a round about way. Read WestCoastGuy's post prior to mine. Well the RES devices are to prevent what he is suggesting that management is trying to do to the RES agents once AGAIN. Just a bit of "protection"! Understand? Hee hee hee!
