PITbull, too bad they don't take to heart the real concerns and suggestions that many dedicated employees post on here. The Peter Principle is playing out everyday at the Crystal Palace.

You missed my point. There's no doubt in my mind he was a jerk. I used to see them every day when I worked Customer Service. My point was, if US Airways was so outraged at the way he treated their employees,why did it take so long for them to act. By all accounts, this behavior had been going on for quite some time. It wasn't until he vented by way of an editorial,did they act.
Two words: camel, straw.
