Hello, I am currently a Senior at UW-Whitewater and I am competing in a marketing competition. The focus of the competition is to design a marketing campaign for SkyMall and in order to do this I need to collect some information from some airline customers. Therefore, I have created a short (less than 15 questions) survey that I would like to respectfully ask you to participate in. Keep in mind this for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and I have no affiliation with SkyMAll. Here is the link to the survey. http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QT679TQ

I appreciate you time,

Sincerely,

Anthony S.

Hey all, I just want to reiterate that I am only doing this for research and not storing personal information or anything

-Thanks

Anthony

I completed your survey. Although some here like myself are frequent flyers, many are airline employees that likely don't spend much time in passenger cabins or are not in your target market. Consider posting on FlyerTalk or Milepoint for better results. Best of luck with your paper.

nice job on your survey....best of luck on your research.
.
Josh is right that this is a more limited forum than others but airline employees do participate in many of the marketing efforts of their employers; vendors and outside companies that market through the airlines know that the best way to help sell their products is to obtain buy-in from the airline employees who are the live marketing agents for their products- and those companies very frequently provide discounts to airline employees as part of the incentive to help those airline employees market their products. Even a one sentence comment from a flight attendant can help turn a potential customer into a new customer.
.
You need to understand the demographics of the airline employee group with respect to the product/service you are researching if you want to provide deeper level research but airline employees very much both buy the products their airlines promote but they also play a crucial role in helping market those products in person.
