Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere yet, but Jack Harty on Twitter just posted "Starting June 1, American Eagle will no longer operate flights in or out of CLT to ORD, MIA and LGA. Flights will be on AA or US metal."

Just going from Eagle to mainline.

Did anyone seriously expected Eagle to remain where US flew, and v.v. for any markets with mixed AA and Express?... That's one of the "duh" points in any merger.... Eliminate duplications, especially where there's a difference in gauge.

Well thank god we're freeing up slots at LGA for ROA,GSO and those other lucrative podunk markets that got cut when America West decided to give Delta everything at LGA in exchange for some magic beans...

CLT doesn't have AE employees, CSA are AA and ramp is a vendor.

I think the future of AA  is only going to be flying from hubs to hubs and a very few key markets (ord /lga) and international from the hubs.

All ready in ord we have less than 150 flight. Eagle flights go every where n,s,w,e of ord on routes that AA once served. ORD To ABQ eagle
