Little is now telling the members that AA was going to go chap 7 if we didn't buy the TA.

Or at least they had him convinced, he says.

Why is he telling us about that now?

C'mon, this guy has his Chapters mixed up! I cannot believe that a person at his level/responsibility would not know the difference between Chapter 11 (reoganization of a ongoing business) versus Chapter 7 (liquidation and the end of the company).

But if this guy stands by his statement then you definitely need a new person in that job because somebody is delusional.
