I belive that Alaska pilots are certified for Cat IIIb hand flown, but they do have the HUD.

Look, not here to criticize, but, Alaska pilots can only hand fly a Cat IIIb with an operational HUD. Your emphasis was kinda wrong in that you implied they can fly a Cat IIIb without a HUD.
