BK 3 ?????? What airline are you talking about???? UAL has filed only once... I doubt they will file anytime soon if they can unleash MP... Time will tell...

I meant BK2. So many BK airlines, it's difficult to keep up! After looking at the financial statement and the debt/balance sheet. I am surprised they are doing as well as they are.

So an exec with over 127,000 shares sells about 1,900 of them. Still owns over 125,000 shares after the sales.

"Dumping a bunch?"

Looks to me more like a periodic sale of a few shares (the kind the execs schedule to occur every so often) instead of "dumping."

Yep. If you follow the link in the OP, it looks like he has similar activity around the middle of every month.

Brace benefitted from lucky timing; today (5/19), UAUA set a new all-time low of $12.42, off 10% today. All legacies took a beating today, but UA was ridden particularly hard.

It's all about liquidity. Depending if the credit card companies can withstand the onslaught of waiting for the ticket sales to process. Lots of folks are filing personal BK, shorting the credit card companies. A trickle down play. Very edgy.
