Ben Carson hops on the crazy train again.

How long must I serve in the Army?

You must serve at least five years of active duty and three years in a Reserve Component, a total of eight years, after you graduate. The active duty obligation is the nation's return on a West Point graduate's fully funded, four-year college education that is valued in excess of $225,000.

Which have all been made up out of whole cloth by the liberal media, hell bent to take an esteem Doctor down.
Which lies were made up?

They never answer those questions

They just say stuff, and then believe said stuff no matter what, forever

It is easier for them that way

Is that why all the major mews outlets who first reported on the
'lie' have been quite busy rewriting and adding retractions all weekend? Only the Mickey Mouse News agancies (most of your sources) are still sticking with the disproven stories to make a few bucks on their sites.

So, like he said, during the recruitment process, he was told he could get an appointment, would recieve a fully paid scholarship (just like it said in the poster and still to this day on the USMA website) if he chose to accept an appointment and you still whine?  You do know an enlistment carries a four year hitch. Anyone acepting an appointment go six.....no big surprise here.

The ones you keep repeating

So you don't know which ones are lies? Of course you think the below statements are facts so I can see how you would misunderstand them as being lies.

The pyramid on is on video, the earth being 6,000 yrs old is on video, the statement that the big bang is a fairy tale is on video. The statement that prisons make men gay is on video. So what's left?

You wouldn't give a crap if he never mentioned his religion.

NO PEAKING

No amount of recruiter talk means anything until the application is done, the tests are taken, and it is on paper awaiting a signature

Everyone who has ever walked into a recruiting or retention office knows this

That, though, is not really the issue.

The issue is that the The Good Doctor lets his feelings trump reality.

History, science, logic, accurate speech and the obvious truth all take a back seat to his idology and his feelings.

He may be a fine man, and a great surgeon, but this republic doesn't need him as president

Carson may have met Westmoreland at the 1969 banquet — which was held in February, not May — but the general would not have promised the student a scholarship, West Point told POLITICO. All costs are covered for admitted West Point students, so “full ride” scholarships don’t exist.

"Because I had done so extraordinarily well you know I was told someone like me - they could get a scholarship to West Point," Carson told the New York Times.
Despite the scholarship lie, Carson defended the rest of the book Friday, saying all the stories about his violent childhood are true.

"I was told someone like me - they could get a scholarship to West Point,"

That is in no way shape or form an "offer"

Whiney baby

And that's another reason he shouldn't be president

Other countries are gonna' respect a whiney ass baby?

Lolol

I thought there were no scholarships then?

I never said that, did I?

I said it wasn't an offer until it was on paper awaiting a signature, and it isn't.

And he's a whiney baby
